Each job is custom handled. Inspections are $100-250 with a full document and photo report and solution to the issue. Have me fix the issue and the inspection is free. I have seen everything, good and bad and have taken care of thousands problem deck and porches. I see what most don't even think about. Sounds like a sales pitch? It is, lol. I am 60 yo and still love getting dirty and just well, know my stuff. Lot's of referrals if needed. Best to Please Text Me First and tell me your name! Too many solicitor calls and I rarely answer if I don't know the number, which happens every day, all day. I will promptly text you back and ask You, what a good time to call back might be. Located In Mt Airy, Frederick County, but will travel to Howard, Carroll and MoCo, no prob.
