Anthony who came to our house initiate the project and later completed the project, He was professional and friendly and his pricing was better than the competition and I would highly recommend his company. The quality of his work was very excellent and his warrant was better than the manufactory.

Tony from American Awnings was fantastic. After the initial consultation, he said he wouldn't pressure me into anything. he showed the different types and fabric choices. Once I decided, he explained the process further and gave me a timeline which was on point. They installed the awning on one of the hottest days and did it professionally. He explained how to use the awning and some things to watch out for. He was a true professional and nice guy and I would recommend him and his company for anyone's awning needs.

Tony was great to work with. He made sure we were getting what we wanted and was not like a stereotypical sales person. He is also part of the installation crew so is involved with the entire process. The pricing was also far better than competitors. I am really looking forward to enjoying our new deck awning!

Tony was a very honest, no-sleak salesman pitch kind of guy (which works in his favor). He tells you what things cost, why he recommends the specific brand of awning, motor, material, and what accessories he recommends or doesn't recommend. Basically for someone who has never bought an awning before, he's doing the work for you. On top of that, since he doesn't send out all those weekly flyers of awnings (like Sunsetter), his overhead is much lower. I had a buddy price out a similar awning using a Sunsetter brand awning and whether it was the price of the awning or maybe it was the installer, regardless, their total came out to nearly TWICE that of Tony's. But given the awning itself is built (based on 3rd party reviews) BETTER than Sunsetters, I went with American Awnings. Turns out (I'm sure he doesn't want me to share this) broke his foot the Friday before my following week installation. I was certain he was going to cancel/reschedule, but he arrived on time, had perhaps an extra worker with him, but got the job done in under the time he suggested it would take. After it was installed, he went over the warranties, how to use the awning and care for it. This guy knows his awnings. If you live anywhere in the south central PA area, or i'm sure even a little outside of that area, give him a call. You will get friendly, non-pushy customer service. You will get upfront honest pricing (which I later found out was much lower than some competition), and finally the quality of the product is some of the best in the awning world. Tony said it would take 1 month from the word 'Go' to order the materials and complete installation. And he was exact on that. I have a brand new awning that I love one month since contacting Tony. And I found Tony from Home Advisor myself, so looking at reviews, it looks like I am not the only very satisfied customer. Go Tony!

American Awnings was great. We needed to replace the fabric on our SunSetter awning and unlike the other guys that tried to convince us to replace the entire awning Anthony told us straight out that our awning mechanics were still in good shape.100% I would send my family and friends to him!
