The only problem I had was scheduling an appointment.  That is the downside of the big deals when it comes to small companies.  They usually have to schedule their own appointments; they usually don't have a secretary scheduling for them.   These guys answer the calls and do the work. Then they discovered a vent pipe in back of one cupboard which meant we had to reorder a new pantry to fit. They took care of it all, finished on time, and it looks gorgeous."
