Superior customer service and attention to details. We had siding, shutters, new windows, porch rails and a new roof installed. We are extremely happy with their service.

Champion will not honor the warranty. Champion installed the deck lights in a faulty manner, not in accordance with the contract and fabricates ridiculous reasons for not honoring the warranty requirements.

Large Scratches on the Door Finish and sloppy installation. When we confronted them about the issues, they would not return calls. Over 8 calls placed with messages left. I would avoid this company at all costs

Three of six bedroom windows Champion installed in 2006 had their seals fail. Champion came by in November for a $99 service fee and ordered three new windows. For the next five months the Baltimore office never answered the phone or returned any messages left. We called the Champion national office and a month later three replacement windows arrived. However two of them were not sized properly and were forced in. We called to see if they could be fixed and three weeks later no return call from the Baltimore office. Looks like we’ll need to hire a different company to replace the windows.

It was fine. We've had them random times. They did a very good job. We were very satisfied with what they did. They were prompt and efficient.

The results were excellent and it gave the areas in the house a much more modern look

We picked them for the windows because we were pleased with the work they had done on the roof and the doors, the year before. So we didn't do a lot of price comparisons. The price seemed not as much as I was expecting it to be.

The service went extremely well. The price was not the cheapest, but I think it was the best value for the money. I have been tremendously pleased with the service. We had a problem with the screen door on the sliding glass door that I had done. They came out until it was fixed. They eventually had to replace the screen door.

I contacted the company's local office repeatedly to get it repaired as a warranty-covered item.  I scheduled the date/time for the repair person to come (taking the day off work) and they did a "no-show" - no call, nothing. I contacted Champion locally and was brushed off with "the scheduler had the day off" -- not certain how that affects a service call scheduled several weeks prior and they offered no satisfactory explanation.  I attempted to schedule another day for the repair and was told that they only have one service/repair person for the entire suburban DC and Baltimore area and that they only service my area one day a week.  I decided to contact the main office and finally spoke with someone in customer service who said they would look into the situation and call me back -- this never happened.

From start to finish the job was seamless.   The salesperson came to discuss what door we wanted.   He was really professional and was able to answer all my questions.    When the door was ready for installation the crew came out and the installation went smoothly.   Over two years later and the door is still perfect with no problems.

The person who supervised  and handled the installation impressed me greatly .  (I think he was Mr. Chan, but I may have the name wrong.)  He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.  I would certainly want him to manage any other business I might have with the company.
