We finally did not hire the company, but still, we were impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. The reason for not hiring is that we managed to find and hire the company that had serviced us previously.

They charged us a fortune to put them back up. The people who did the sidings removed them, and did not know how to put them back up, so we had to hire somebody, and they charged us a ridiculous price to put them back up. They were expensive in the beginning and in the end. I thought they were overpriced. They had to rehang them twice. They didn't get it right the first time, and they had to come back and redo it. The quality of their work was very good, but not necessarily outstanding compared to who we had before, but they were much higher than I can remember. They were very responsive, and very punctual. It was just expensive.

Love them. I use them more for nor'easters than hurricanes. Wonderful products.

We had been in search of a way to shade our back deck for years. Our house has a short protruding wall adjacent to the back door which presented a big problem.

Every company we invited for an estimate over the years came up with nothing better than a two part awning and most wanted to mount one awning on the roof, and/orr insisted that the depth of the awwning would require support posts.
The estimates for these contraptions were from $5,000 to $10,000.

Then we chanced upon A&A Awnings at the Home and Garden Show in 2013. We liked the type of awnings displayed, but we had no expectations when we invited them for an estimate. However, they had an ingenious way to solve the problem with custom made brackets and gave us a continuous awning across our whole deck. The quality is superb, the installation was done by perfectionists and we have had no issues so far.

The price? Far lower than any estimates from any other company! And the best part is the customer service! We are so pleased that at this current Home and Garden Show we asked them to create a smaller, stationary awning to protect our back entrance.

I had to take a vacation day because they insisted that I had to be at home. A total waste. Very unprofessional.

After searching for several months for someone who could provide some sort of covering over our patio, we happened to see their display at Homearama last Fall.  We signed up for an estimate, were pleasantly surprised at the range of options and colors, and placed an order.  It was installed during the Winter. It really is a beautiful piece of work.  We've now started to use it, but discovered a flaw in one panel of the material.  I notified the company and received a very quick and positive response.  The panel of material was quickly replaced with their apologies for the few days of inconvenience.  I only mention the flaw to highlight that they are quick to ensure that everything is properly taken care of....none of the excuses or delays I've encountered with other companies.  I'd be happy to deal with them again.

Very professional from start to finish. Salesman was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations as to replacement awning cover colors. Main office kept us informed on the status of the awning cover manufacture. Installation crew leader asked several times if there was anything else they could do after finishing project. Would definitely use them again next time we need maintenance on our awnings. We are very happy.

We shopped around, got 3 estimates, and they had the best quality for the price, at first we did get

upset since we were not able to get our awnings installed in time, however after seeing the final result we are very very happy with the quality of awning and the workmanship.

The appointment, measurement, selection, pricing, ordering,
delivery, and installation were accomplished as expected and promised. It
required a follow-up adjustment that was done immediately and without
complaint. It looks and operates great. Mike, Penny, Larry, Arron and team, are
highly recommended.

Keith and Aaron showed up on time with all required items.  The installation was accomplished without problems.  Operation and maintenance was thoroughly explained.

Fine.  The job was done on time and professionally.

It took some time for the project to get underway due to waiting for condo board approval and then waiting for the shutters to be built.  But once installed, they work great!   They cut down heat and block the lights from the nearby Naval installation.  Haven't found out how they perform in a hurricane and I hope I don't have to learn.
Only downside, I wasn't offered the senior discount.  For the next set of shutters I'll definitely request it.
