"Total flooring is great. I would highly recommend them for any carpet installation. I also had them stretch the wall to wall carpeting upstairs. It looks so much better now. Sebastian was professional, competent, experienced, and easy to work with. His team arrived on time and stretched the carpet upstairs and installed new carpet downstairs. "Great. Wall to wall carpet in basement had many deep soiled spots. Technician worked hard to successfully remove them, but probably did not do enough to suck up the water used because it took 3 days for the carpet to dry."
