"We've had carpet installed twice by Renaissance and both experiences were wonderful. They have an extensive selection of carpets and everyone we've worked with there has been knowledgeable about which options would be right for us. We've never been pressured to spend more than we wanted to, and have gotten a great value from their services. The first installation was for carpeting in part of our basement (pre-COVID). After a few months and one rambunctious kitten, we had some loose threads along the seam and called to have this repaired...well, then COVID hit and we cancelled the appointment and kind of forgot about the whole thing. Fast forward to about a month ago when we wanted to install carpet in our sunroom. I mentioned that we would also (finally!) like that seam repaired, and they ended up doing this free of charge without even a second thought about it! I was pleasantly surprised by this, and even more surprised to find that the repair is so seamless that I would never even know there was an issue at all. Very high quality work! We love the new carpet in our sunroom as well - both installations have gone smoothly, communication is great, and follow-up is also thorough. We will continue to use Renaissance for our needs and recommend them highly!"

"This company maintains great communication with its customers and offers quality carpeting at a reasonable price. The installers worked quickly and efficiently and my carpets look and feel great!"

"Would love to thank Global carpet cleaning and services for the outstanding service. My carpet looks brand new now. Thanks"

"Total flooring is great. I would highly recommend them for any carpet installation. I also had them stretch the wall to wall carpeting upstairs. It looks so much better now. Sebastian was professional, competent, experienced, and easy to work with. His team arrived on time and stretched the carpet upstairs and installed new carpet downstairs. The price was reasonable and I felt that I got great value for my money. J"

"We were very pleased with the service provided by Mr. R. Jones. He was punctual , pleasant and professional. Our carpets look wonderful. We recommend Mr. Jones for your carpet cleaning needs. Pricing was reasonable."

"Danny (the owner of Kashan Carpet Care) was the best carpet cleaning service that we have experienced since owning our current home (28 years). We will be sure to ask him to provide his services on a regular basis ."

"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

"The carpets look great. They were punctual and very professiinal. My only issue is that the estimate was much lower than the actual cost."
