Since the condo was empty, I was able to leave a key at the store and I did not have to be there during installation. I had one threshold piece that I felt did not match. I contacted Amir and he ordered a replacement immediately and they were out within a few days to fix the issue. Very responsive. Great company to work with! The Core Tech Plus was about $7 sf installed and the carpet was $3 sf installed including high quality pad. Core Tech is an amazing luxury vinyl product, we splurged on that. The carpet, Hawkeye, is basic carpet, nothing fancy, but looks great. One note for anyone doing this, it does create a bit of dust on floorboards etc. Renaissance did a great job cleaning up, but I had to do some clean up too. My contractor told me that this is to be expected with this type of job!"

Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning.
