"Very good experience overall. Very professional. He arrived a few minutes early. My carpet was pretty dirty but looked new after the cleaning. He also gave me tips on keeping the carpet clean. He made me inspect the carpet to make sure I was satisfied."

"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."
