"I was very pleased with Remedy for installing a ZOELLER sump pump. That brand was highly recommended by my brother-in-law who happens to be a Master HVAC. The replacement took just over an hour by an experienced service technician. When completed he fully explained the operation of the battery backup. Fred is professional, friendly and made suggestions about maintenance, All in all, it was a good experience and he is now our plumber."
