The toilet required a cannister chain adjustment. To fix the Dishmaster, he tightened the packing nut and handle to stop the dripping. In the basement, he tightened the packing nuts for the main and hose bib shutoffs. Then, he tested the sump pump and declared it operational (recommending battery replacement between five to seven years).
