"On 05/26/18, during the 9.5 inch rain fall in Catonsville, MD, one of my pumps check valve broke, ejecting water across my basement . The pump was pumping continuously (waves were in my driveway.) We couldn't turn the sump off because of the amount of rain. I went on Annie's list and put out my request. Remedy called within 15 minutes and although had another call, was at my house within the hour and within 45 minutes was at my house and quickly had the valve replaced.
