I am extremely impressed the quality of service and the pricing that was provided to us by Brian Carter and Carter Quality Plumbing. Our laundry room was collapsing due to poor construction and age. I hired a contactor to replace the floor and joists but, I needed a plumber to remove the hot water heater, water conditioner, pressure tank for the well, and a laundry sink; and replace them when the floor was reconstructed. The various pieces had been added and replaced over time so that the plumbing was a complicated mess of galvanized, copper, plastic, and tube pipes. I contacted Brian. He responded quickly, assessed the situation, and carefully walked me through what needed to be done. He provided me with a written estimate that I felt was very reasonable for the extensive work that he proposed. He arrived on time, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The result was incredible – plumbing was all uniform and greatly simplified, and he re-arranged the equipment to provide more room. After the job was complete, he came back, free of charge, to adjust the position of the plastic tray under the hot water heater, so that the door to the laundry room could close. Carter Quality Plumbing has my highest recommendation!
