"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.

1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"These guys were great. Very responsive and work was beautiful. I had new carpet installed, ceiling repair and painted, walls painted, exterior power washed, deck repaired and painted plus a few other odds and ends. I was very happy and will be keeping them on my phone for any further projects."

"They replaced my office ceiling quickly and at a fair price. Did a great job."

"Great service!  This company remediated the mold in our basement - took out all drywall and ceilings.  The house smells so much better.  They completed the service in a shorter amount of time than originally estimated.  The workmen were professional and totally cleaned everything when they were finished.  I would definitely use this company again.  They came in with a lower estimate than other companies contacted."

"I bought a service package coupon for $179 and paid $150 more on the day when the cleaning was done. I didn't inspect how well it was done because it was right before my oversea vacation. A few days later, my rental agent and tenant both complained that the carpet was poorly cleaned when they walked thru. The tenant even refused to move in on time unless the carpet is cleaned again. In addition, the experience with making appointment wasn't pleasant. The phone line seemed troubled or mishandled: my call was ignored but I could hear the conversation and kind of shouts on the other line clearly. The receptionist could be more polite and professional. However, the schedule was accommodative and the serviceman was right on time.

"We have used Mega for the second time. First, they did the kitchen and now the master bath. The work is done well and they are very easy to work with. Highly recommend."

"CRG was great! We originally hired Cornelio & crew to redo our master bathroom, as their quote was extremely reasonable. When they removed the drywall in the bathroom, they found a great deal of water damage and structural problems. Cornelio walked us through the issues, and then gave us another reasonable quote to repair the problems. He initially quoted three weeks to finish the bathroom, which ended up being five and a half weeks due to the structural issues. The crew started on time every day and finished on time every day. All of the workers were very courteous and everyone did a great job of answering all of my questions. Cornelio was on site every morning and walked us through what was going to happen that day. When we had minor issues, they were fixed immediately, and when we had a few add-ons, Cornelio gave us a prompt (reasonable) quote and incorporated the changes into the contract. Ultimately, we now have a structurally sound house, and a beautiful new bathroom."

"We had a horrendous situation with a basement floor installation that went wrong leaving our house full of fumes, and a week later we discovered our basement was contaminated by asbestos in the process.  When we called Bill and Contractors Unlimited, they were extremely responsive.  Although other companies gave us bids, Bill was able to work his schedule to fit us in weeks sooner than the others.  Although the cost was a bit more, that saved us money because we were displaced and could not even go into our house because of the fumes.  CU set up negative air machines to replace the air, they followed asbestos abatement laws, they cleaned every item that could be salvaged in our house.  They even saved more than we thought which really reduced our overall expense.  Bill and his team were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to ease our stress from this situation.  At the end of their process, Bill arranged for a air quality inspection which we happily passed - able to return home.  I would gladly recommend Contractors Unlimited for asbestos abatement.  I just wish we had called them before the floor guys  created such a disaster.  Thank you Bill!

"The quality of work is excellent.  Unfortunately, their boss directed his crew to ignore the obvious tilt of this old house, and we had to insist that the top of the closet doors be parallel to the ceiling!  He also got surly when my husband and I insisted that we both see the end result before paying him.  I hope this guy reverts to the personality we saw a couple of years ago and leaves the current one behind.
