Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."

"I would highly recommend HPC Services! They responded quickly when we called for an estimate on a new heat pump. The gentlemen who were in our home installing the unit were professional and polite and very nice to our little dogs. Sergio stayed and answered all of our questions until late in the evening. They offered us a free duct cleaning and that was completed on Monday after the Friday install. Emmett worked quickly and professionally. He was so very nice and easy to talk to.
