Shout out to Chavez Painting & Construction, Ft Washington, MD! Wilian Chavez & his crew did a great job repairing torn drywall and nail pops. They were quick, neat and attentive to detail. They were very careful & respectful of our home, being careful to cover all surfaces and openings to protect from drywall dust and paint. Even vacuumed each day after removing drop cloths and plastic barriers! Highly recommend and have them in mind for future projects.

Chavez did a beautiful job! Crisp Clean lines, the doors look brand new, the living rooms look so fresh. They did in 3 days what would could have taken me a month to do poorly on my own. This is my second experience with WChavez and definitely will consider a third when the need arrises.

We are extremely pleased with the work that was done for us by Mr. Chavez and his team. From the initial call for an estimate through to completion of the job, each step was well done. The team showed up on time each day, worked hard, and completed the job ahead of schedule. They prepped and painted an extensive amount of the exterior our home to include several doors, 20 window shutters, our large barn, and let-in shed. They noticed an issue with one of our french doors, they brought it to our attention, and made the necessary repairs without an increase in the cost. That was impressive since it required extra time and effort by the team. We were kept informed throughout the process. The team performed a cleanup of the job site and everything looked great when they were done. They did an outstanding job and we definitely plan to hire them for other projects inside or of our home. Highly recommended!

Wilians and his team were truly professional. They arrived before or own time each day and performed an excellent job. They were well organized and took their job very seriously. The walls in the Great Room and kitchen area were extremely high and I was amazed at how they painted those walls to perfection! My husband and I were thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend them. We had no complaints. Wilians and his team definitely showed great pride in their work!

They did a fantastic job on my large 2 level deck! They were very careful not to get stain on the patio underneath or the new siding on the house! We were so pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail that we also had them pain the entire main level of our house, walls and ceiling. Again, a beautiful, careful and professional job from prep to finishing touches! They also removed a decorative column that has plagued me for years and you would never know it was there now. Wilians was very responsive and stayed in contact with me through the scheduling of the job and the work being conducted. His team did a great job caulking and painting the shutters and trim of my two story home with basement windows. He even fixed some issues around the door left by the builder at no additional charge. Overall, it was great attention to detail and my home looks like new.

First, let me say it is very difficult to find someone to do projects these days. Secondly, I was concerned hiring someone just by reading the references on Angi list. But the reviews were good, so we took a chance. We were glad that we hired Mr. Chavez's company. He and his crew arrived promptly as promised each day. They took all precautions covering the floors and furniture, as needed. The painting and drywall were done very well and we are pleased with the outcome. Mr. Chavez discussed how he would proceed with the drywall job. They cleaned up behind themselves each evening before leaving, I had no paint on any areas of the floor or carpet. The job was finished in the time frame given. I plan to have him do more projects for me in the near future. And I am referring him to my sisters.

We contracted with Chavez Painting to paint 3 large bedrooms, an upstairs hallway, and a stairwell with a high ceiling. They painted the walls, trim, doors and ceilings. When Mr. Chavez visited to provide a quote, he left us with a Sherwin Williams sample book of all their colors so we had plenty of time to select colors. He purchased the paint for us saving a trip to the paint store. Mr. Chavez and his team arrived on time, were very courteous and worked diligently. Before painting, they did a careful job fixing issues with the walls (nail pops, dings, gouges, and separating drywall seams). They covered our carpeting and all the furniture and sanded the walls before applying paint. They finished in two days and their work was beautifully done. We are very pleased with the result. A long problem seam we used to stare at every day going downstairs is gone! They repaired this difficult spot. We will use them again when we are ready to have the downstairs painted.
