I explained we needed our gutters & down spouts cleaned, plus 5 gutter guards blew off in our last storm...he said no problem, they would replace gutter guards & he gave me a 10% discount as a new customer! I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing.
