2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"This home had been vacant for several years and needed a lot of work, including repairing floor damage in the kitchen. I also had them change an old drop tile ceiling in the kitchen to a regular ceiling with a new flush light. After meeting at the home, I got the first estimate a few weeks later, then met Ibrahim in his office. After picking out fixtures, flooring and cabinets and signing the contract he came back to the house a second time to confirm measurements, which I appreciated. The contract had no definite start time but they were able to start in early May and did the bulk of the work that month. Presently waiting for a few small items but as the house is still vacant I have been patient. It should be noted that as I brought other contractors and tradespeople through for separate work they all admired Mega's work and design on the kitchen and bathrooms. One plumber took photos of the bathrooms to send to his girlfriend. Also noted is that when Ibrahim took his vacation there was another Project Manager who was pro active and contacted me to check in and let me know. Each time, I was impressed by how Cornelio did not take any shortcuts, but rather, made sure everything was done right. The pictures show that the final product turned out very well, but they don't show the craftsmanship behind the walls. Everything was inspected and passed the first time. He called us later and lowered his price to keep his crew working and we were very happy for someone that really wanted our business. They were very prompt on the day of the removal. They did everything we asked and left the house in better shape than when they arrived. They even removed some old carpet that was in the way. We were very satisfied with the job they did.
