"Jessie and his team went above and beyond for me on short notice. I called him at 4pm for an emergency clean up that needed to be done. Even though my property was 30 miles away, Jessie was there 9 am sharp the next morning. Now that is dedication to your customer if I say so!!! GREAT JOB! They took care of the entire lawn. Even being extra careful around the many obstacles and even a fountain in the back yard. They took the time to do the job right! I will be calling again! Make sure you book him today. He is coming back next week to power wash my house as well."

"I normally do my own lawn with my tractor. My tractor broke and before this grass gets up to my ears, I looked on Angie's List and bought myself a big deal quick. They did fine. 

If I can't get my tractor repaired, I'm going to use them the rest of the year. I was very impressed. I would give them all As.."

Aeration focuses on improving soil health by creating channels that allow more water, oxygen, and carbon dioxide to reach the roots. In contrast, power seeding is a method of planting grass seeds, often by creating narrow trenches in the soil. One service isn't better than the other; they are complementary. It is beneficial to aerate your lawn before power seeding, as this makes the seeding more effective by helping the germinating seeds access the resources they need. It's a good practice to aerate your lawn once or twice a year, regardless of whether you plan to power seed.

While it’s possible to grow grass seeds by throwing them down, this isn’t the best way to plant them. By amending and prepping the soil beforehand, you’re providing optimal contact between seed and soil for a better chance at germination. If you throw them down without preparing the soil beforehand, seeds are more likely to blow away, get eaten by hungry birds, or never grow.

Unfortunately, garages are one of the worst places to store grass seeds, despite their proximity to yards. Garages are hot and humid, two environmental traits that are detrimental to grass seeds. Grass seed has the best chance of survival in a dry space with temperatures ranging from 30 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Some grasses germinate quickly and emerge after several days of growth (and healthy watering). Others may take up to three weeks to show themselves. Cool-season grasses tend to take the longest to germinate at one month.
