"Very professional. George (son) explained everything he was doing during the job which the original installer didn't bother to do. Explained in detail how I should have been cleaning the pellet stove. Pointed out the disparities in the original installation that I want addressed and did not hesitate one second in securing an appoint with him to have this work done. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
