"While no one was in the office when I called, Pete responded quickly to the messages I left. He was pleasant to deal with and flexible in scheduling my appointment. I booked the first appointment of the day and was told that with a 7 a.m. start time, the cleaners should be at my home by 7:30. It turned out to be 8:00, which could have caused problems if I'd had somewhere else I needed to be, but was not a problem in this case. The cleaners were professional, quiet, and competent. I was told that there were some stains that were so deep they might not come out. While not invisible, they are much improved after cleaning. The other stains that were the impetus for getting the service are gone. The company has a $165 minimum charge for, I believe, 400 sq. ft. The square footage I had cleaned was very close to 400, and I was charged the minimum. The job was complete in less than an hour. The serviceman didn't offer any information after he was done, but he politely answered my questions. One quibble: the website claims that carpets will be dry in 6-8 hours, but I was told it would take 24. That's a big difference."

"We are prepping our house for resale and we had an Angies List provider pull up carpet and refinish the floors. Although the hardwood refinishes  were well rated and they said that they were "dustless"  they did a crappy job and spewed dust everywhere!!! = floors, walls, ceiling, return air vents etc.  What a mess!!   We went through dozens of swifter refills just wiping down the floors, ceiling and walls.  We spent days struggling to clean it up and knew we had to also have all the vents cleaned now so we called Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning who were very responsive.  On top of it all we have family coming in a few days so were anxious to get it done as soon as possible.  They were able to schedule us the same day we called! The 2 men who arrived were very nice, careful and did a great job.  They got a tremendous amount of dust and debris from the vents.
