I hired the Maids in College Park to do a deep cleaning the day before I moved into my new home. The space I had them clean was about 1600sq ft. They showed up about 30 minute early ready to work and finished cleaning my unit in about 2 hours. Would recommend

I scheduled an appointment with The Maids in College Park for Monday, October 1st between 1:00pm-2:00pm. They didn't show during the timeframe. At 2:13, I received this message: Hey, sorry to inform you but are we able to move your clean to Friday? We will reduce the price for inconvenience 2 cleaners had urgent issues and we are left with 1 cleaner I rescheduled with The Maids on Monday, October 6th between 1:00-2:00. A crew of three arrived before 2:00pm. We discussed what was needed. It appeared that they were doing a good job, however I had to point out areas that needed attention. Like mopping the kitchen floor, stainless steel appliances streeked. As they were getting ready to leave, I asked if they clean the kitchen floor, foyer and tile in the rec room. One of the ladies then started to clean the kitchen floor which had not been cleaned. The young man said he had to leave but the ladies would do a walk through with me. This never happened. They just left. The next day I noticed that they didn't clean behind the toilet. I took a wet paper towel and wiped the area and it came up dirty. I then went over the bathroom floor, kitchen floor and they showed dirt. The end tables in the living room had not been dusted. The blinds in the bedroom were cleaned on one side, the lamp had dust on it. They used my vacuum cleaner and didn't ask to use it. At that point I texted The Maids to express my concerns. The redo was scheduled for Wednesday, October 8 between 1:00pm-2:00pm. At 2:35pm I texted The Maids and was told that they sent a notification to me that they would arrive at 4:30pm. I never received any notification. At that time the redo was rescheduled for Friday, October 10th at 11:00am. At 12:41 The Maids was a no-show again. As of today I have not heard back from anyone from The Maids. I now have to find another company or do the cleaning myself. I am out of two hundred dollars. This is going to be added stress for me as I make arrangements to celebrate my mother's 95th Birthday. NEVER NEVER USED THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The Maids in College Park did an amazing job. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and left our house the cleanest it’s been since we’ve lived here. They followed up after their visit to ensure we were completely satisfied, which we were. They are competitively priced and well worth it. Do not hesitate, book them immediately - you won’t be disappointed.

Great service!! Team arrived on time after a short briefing of expectations everyone got right to work. Very friendly housekeepers, big smile, positive interactions amongst housekeepers. Worked was double checked by mgmt before departure of housekeepers and everything was completed exactly as asked. I will be using this cleaning service again and again and again lol hoping to get the same team. Great Job!! I am one pleased customer see you guys soon.
