"When my neighbor across the street asked me over to see her new granite countertops, I couldn't believe how great they came out. It gave her kitchen a completely updated look. With the extra overhang, beveled edges, back splash, modern faucet and new sink, I thought she went all out - and she did. Then she told me the price and I was amazed. I asked her for the name of the contractor and she gave me Coskun’s number over at US Granite Marble. I called and was able to make an appointment for a free estimate within two days of the call and the countertops were installed a week later. I got a fantastic package deal that included a high quality granite, dismantling and removal of the old countertops, disconnecting and re-connecting the appliances, new sink, new faucet and had it all professionally done by Coskun Uslu and his assistant in one day. I was very pleased with his suggestions, his attention and craftsmanship. I highly recommend US Granite Marble!"

"Overall, our countertops look great.  We love the color and Granite Works was very responsive, nice, didn't pressure us, and provided good advice.  We were able to schedule them with no problem also.  
A few minor things would make it nice if Angie's List provided the ability to rate them an A- instead of an unqualified A: they were supposed to do all of the sealing before they arrived as we have family members with allergies to chemical smells, but that didn't get communicated from the person who measured the granite to the installers, so the granite was not sealed the final time (not a big deal as it was already sealed once or twice before arrival).  While installing, the island countertop looked a little off, so I measured and it was, so they fixed it, but if I hadn't pointed it out, they would have missed it (they should have measured themselves).  Also, the piece was delivered with a scratch the length of the edge on the breakfast bar side of the stone.  Once we noticed it they came back promptly, ground it out, and repolished.  You can't tell it was there anymore.  
All of this said, in the end we got exactly what we wanted for a great price.  Our countertops look great.  We would go back for a future job.

"The workers were prompt and professional. The tub looks great. Unfortunately, it's no longer completely smooth and there are dozens of scratchy areas, so it's not comfortable to take a bath in. The guys also did a terrible job recaulkling the tub. I had recently recaulked the tub myself, but when they resealed the tub they had to do new caulking. There are multiple spots where caulk is missing now. I called to ask them to come fix it, but while they initially agreed to send someone out, it has been several weeks and they are not answering their phone or returning calls. This is completely unprofessional and now I have to pay someone else to finish the job that they couldn't do properly. I wouldn't recommend them unless you just want he visual effect of reglazing for a quick sale."

"Bathroom renovations are tricky and we chose to redo everything, even replace a tub with a shower. The place was more than 20 years old and desperately needed to look fresher. Every detail matters, materials, colors, size, position, everything can make a client feel unhappy or dissatisfied. "CRG was great! We originally hired Cornelio & crew to redo our master bathroom, as their quote was extremely reasonable. When they removed the drywall in the bathroom, they found a great deal of water damage and structural problems. Cornelio walked us through the issues, and then gave us another reasonable quote to repair the problems. He initially quoted three weeks to finish the bathroom, which ended up being five and a half weeks due to the structural issues. The crew started on time every day and finished on time every day. All of the workers were very courteous and everyone did a great job of answering all of my questions. Cornelio was on site every morning and walked us through what was going to happen that day. When we had minor issues, they were fixed immediately, and when we had a few add-ons, Cornelio gave us a prompt (reasonable) quote and incorporated the changes into the contract. Ultimately, we now have a structurally sound house, and a beautiful new bathroom."

"George's Painting painted the entire interior of our 4 BR, 3-story house, partially remodeled our master bath and did some repair work, all in one week. There were up to 6 workers in our house at any given time. It was a large job, and both George Sr. and George Jr. were very responsive and professional. We stayed in the house during the job and workers were considerate and courteous.  Price was very fair and we were amazed at the speed with which they worked. Either George Sr or George Jr checked in on the job every day, and both were very responsive when we needed to contact them. There are always problems with this large a job, and these were dealt with quickly and proficiently, even after the job was finished. We would definitely use them again.
