"Have a house with light colored carpet and 2 small pups which makes keeping the floors looking fresh a challenge. The rental machines just weren't getting the job done to satisfaction. OMA did a great job with the cleaning, explaining things along the way. The carpets look great and, in the past 3 months since the cleaning, haven't seen any stains reappear or odd smells that our dogs haven't created anew :) Great value and great service, will use again."

"I called in early November and was told they only work during the week. I got no confirmation call. I expected them at noon. I called the office when they had not arrived at 12:20 to see if a mistake had been made since it was Dec 31 and they might have been closed. First they told me the system works off their truck and the front door would have to be open. I have a cat who could leave and I would have made better provisions for him if I had known this in advance. I took care of the cat. Then they wanted to hook up to my outside water tap which had been drained. I said no; so they hooked up to kitchen sink. This put water all over my wood floors. I had to put down tarps and blankets and told them they must immediately get the water up. They did. Cleaning the carpets was relatively quick. I went upstairs to inspect while the carpets were still damp and all the spots were gone. But one/two reappeared after the carpet was dry. I was a little disappointed; they never asked me about pre-spotting or kind of spots, etc. There are marks on the wood floors now and I don't know where these came. I would not go through this experience again."
