Elite got our large, old, slightly worn out Persian rug really clean. I had it cleaned because my old dog died on it and there was, sadly, a very unpleasant odor. Not only did Elite get ALL traces of that odor out of the rug, the rug came back looking so shiny and nice. (And it didn't smell like any kind of perfume or scent.) I've had this rug cleaned numerous times and this was the best, hands down. The owner and his helper were very courteous, laid down the carpet and the new pad perfectly, and did everything right on time. Oh, and for a very good price.

Sal and his employee took their time time cleaning my carpet and it looks brand new! I was thinking about replacing the carpet but now it is not necessary. Sal even cleaned an old rug that I was thinking about throwing away and it looks great! I highly recommend Sal and Elite Carpet Care!

He's very responsive, and always available to answer any questions I may have.  They are very good and efficient.

It went very well.  I have used Elite for past several years.  It is easy to make appointment.  Sometimes I've had to leave a message and call back was always received within a day.  They consistently show up on time as scheduled.  Entire staff is professional and knowledgeable.  Carpets are thoroughly cleaned and fresh.  Work is completed timely.

The employees were very professional and easy to work with. They were  careful with the furniture since I requested that they not move any pieces. The rooms looked very nice and smelled fresh and clean. In addition the men were gentlemen and pleasant to deal with. I have used Elite several times a year for the past several years and have always been very satisfied.

They were, as always, very friendly and were very open to my schedule. They arrived on time- were extremely polite, and wanted to disturb the household as little as possible. First I showed them what I wanted to clean that day- and they wrote me an invoice for the charges. It was very reasonable and they started the work. They did a great job and left all the areas clean and tidy. Since finding this firm on Angie's List some time ago- I have used them for both my house and my daughter's house. They are always timely, pleasant and very honest. I wholeheartedly reccommend this firm - for small jobs and for the large ones. They have done both for me. I will continue to call on them in the future.

They came on time. Told us what they were going to do and about how much time it would take and went to work.
They warned us ahead of time that their was one spot on the living room rug they would not be able to remove.
(A refurnished chest with wood stain had created the spot.)

They are very friendly and efficient. They completed the work quickly and even cleaned two small rugs free of charge. We have a Jack Russell terrier and they were able to remove some tough stains.

Now that I have used the service of three different highly recommended local companies, I can say that Elite is quite good.  My carpet is in good shape, no stains, and cleaned twice a year.  But there's dog hair, etc. to deal with, the rooms are small and hard to work in.  This company does a very capable job.  You do need to allow a day for the rug to dry.

This is my 4th time using Elite.  They do amazing work!  I have been satisfied everytime.  In my old home they made the carpets look like new when we were putting it on the market for sale.  Today, they cleaned high traffic areas and a rug.  They were professional, polite, fairly priced, worked hard and most importantly did a GREAT job!  I for sure will continue to use them.  They never have let me down.

I spent several hundred dollars on that service. They were excellent, timely and they came back and put it in place. It was the best service I had with rug cleaning and I would use them again. I think that the pricing was fair for what they did.

They showed up on time and stayed for about 2 hours. They moved furniture and put in back in the same place. Some of the carpeting had stains, and they got most of them out, some of which I worried were permanent. The upholstery took a long time to dry (more than 24 hours), but that wasn't their fault.

It first started with the 2 man crew showing up 1/2 hour late. The owner attributed that to traffic. They barely spoke to us. (also attributed to traffic delay). There was no discussion as to what would be involved in the cleaning service. It was if there was no recognition that this was our house and deserved some respect. Before I realized it, the cleaning hose (probably 2-3 inches in circumference was wrapped around the bannister going up the steps to the second floor. The same hose was used to dump out dirty water (including fluff from our rugs) onto our driveway. We had two doors in our sunroom which we never open was opened by the crew. That was OK if they needed the ventilation but they never mentioned it to us. It wasn't until after they left that we realized the doors were left open. They unhooked our outdoor hose without telling us and left without hooking it back up or telling us they used it. They left so quickly that we had no chance to review their work before they left. We discovered that serious spots in an upstairs closet and upstairs hall were not properly cleaned. In addition, spots were left on the sunroom rug. Two oriental rugs were taken to their shop for cleaning so we knew we would have a chance to discuss the missed spots when they returned the rugs. The owner's reaction to our complaints was rather perfunctory in our opinion. He returned the two oriental rugs and bragged that he had given them a thorough cleaning. We had new fringe put on the rugs several months prior to their cleaning. We noticed the fringe was shedding shortly after the rugs were returned. Within a month, half the fringe is gone and is still shedding. Never again with Elite!

Excellent work. My carpets were in really bad shape and I thought that they were at the end of their useful lie. I've gotten them cleaned by a number of companies over the year and Elite truly surpassed all my expectations. I was seriously considering replacing the carpets but after Elite cleaned it I really think I can get a few additional years out of them.
