"VKB did an excellent job on both bathrooms, and replaced the damaged drywall in the dining room from the plumbing incident(s) that led to the decision to remodel the bathrooms. The work was completed on-time and (ever so slightly) under-budget. The PM (Jason) kept us informed and updated to everything that was going on and what to expect schedule-wise. The crew chief, Jonathan, was here every day working diligently and with an amazing attention to detail. I appreciated the craftsmanship he displayed, his explanations he gave to allow me to make decisions, and the consistency of having the same person in charge for the entire project. Jonathan worked long hours and was truly committed to the success of the project. I would definitely hire them again and in fact I am planning on engaging them again for our kitchen when we are ready for that."

"Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. I ended up having a completely new tub, shower, tiles, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, towel rack and cabinet installed. I couldn't be any happier or satisfied. Mr. Heard explain the entire process to you in the beginning, he was so patient to answer all of my questions throughout the project. I was referred to Mr. Heard by my mother who has used them for years. I was so confident in their ability and their service that I moved in with my parents for the seven days it took to complete the project. "We have ceramic tile countertops that were installed when our home was built in 1996. Over time a few tiles had gotten minor cracks and the grout had become worn and difficult to maintain. We considered replacing the tile, but after looking at the amount of work that would be involved and cost of replacement, we decided to explore the possibility of regrouting. I contacted Signature Contracting and corresponded with JJ, sending him photographs and measurements. He confirmed that he could do the job. Given that it was a rather small job and that we live in a fairly remote location, he explained that he would have to find a time to work us into his schedule. As we were in no rush, that was fine. It turned out that a window of two days became available, so we went ahead with the work. JJ and his assistant showed up in the morning of the first day. They were a pleasure to work with. JJ discussed the materials he would use, covered options, and work began. Some tiles were replaced with extra tiles we had, the counters were regrouted, and the seam between the counters and backsplash was recaulked. As it happened, the project was completed in a single day, which worked well for both of us. The counters look beautiful. We were very happy with our experience and are glad we know there is someone we can contact if any other projects come up."

"Our existing Owens Corning wall panels had been damaged in a basement flood. Although the framework and panels had changed since our initial install some 20 years ago, they custom made new panels that fit perfectly. Additionally, they replaced interior doors and repaired drywall. The work was done on our schedule and done to our satisfaction. Their customer service was great. They came back out to adjust a door that wasn't closing perfectly."
