"VKB did an excellent job on both bathrooms, and replaced the damaged drywall in the dining room from the plumbing incident(s) that led to the decision to remodel the bathrooms. The work was completed on-time and (ever so slightly) under-budget. The PM (Jason) kept us informed and updated to everything that was going on and what to expect schedule-wise. The crew chief, Jonathan, was here every day working diligently and with an amazing attention to detail. I appreciated the craftsmanship he displayed, his explanations he gave to allow me to make decisions, and the consistency of having the same person in charge for the entire project. Jonathan worked long hours and was truly committed to the success of the project. I would definitely hire them again and in fact I am planning on engaging them again for our kitchen when we are ready for that."

"It has been said, that with every great success, begins with a single small step. Recently, I was faced with my home's central air system failure. Upon review, by my previous contractor, the system could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. Faced with major cost replacement, I used Home Advisor, to select a professional that could provide an estimate for providing needed replacement. I selected Hunt Plumbing and Heating, based on reviews and performance in our community. I could not be more pleased, Mr. Hunt provided a team with the knowledge (Matt and John) that displayed they had the ability to perform and the goal to complete this project to our mutual satisfaction. While it has only been two days, I am satisfied with the outcome and the quiet running of my Rheem Air unit.. Since Hunt is a 5 star rated company I am sure my rating will not mean that much. But I do send to you and your team my thank you for your service to my needs and I will recommend you in the future. "We have used LFC for several jobs. Tony, the owner, is really lovely, excellent with communication, and very honest about what they can and cannot do--to include realizing as he began a project that we needed some additional inspections to address some issues before we papered over them, something that cost him money but saved us a lot. That takes integrity. The quality of the repairs themselves have varied. They did a lot of drywall and post-plumbing-flood repairs that made the dining room truly look like nothing ever happened. They also did a fantastic job replacing one of our back doors to make it airtight. However, the painting took several tries to get right, and the second door still has a gap in the lower right hand side that lets air in. We have an old house that was cosmetically re-done before we bought it but never truly renovated, and whoever did the refurbishments did a shoddy job, so LFC certainly has had its work cut out for them. I do really appreciate how responsive and kind Tony is, and everyone who comes out to do repairs is very friendly. That is a rare quality in home services these days."

"Lux Renovations is such a great company. We had a consultation and the sales guy was able to answer any of our questions and address all of our concerns. They were able to design our basement just as I had envisioned it. The remodel was quick and painless, and the project manager was always available to answer our questions during the remodel. The materials used are great and I am not worried about molding in our basement because of that. We also enjoy that you can take the walls apart as we hid an unsightly oil tank behind one of the walls and we will be able to access it one day when it needs replacement. Our basement is now our favorite place to hang out in the house. I would and have recommended Lux Renovations to all my friends and family in need of a basement remodel!"
