"John was very kind, professional and did an excellent job with the install of a new blower motor inside of my interior unit. Oddly, shortly after the blower motor install, I noticed a small rattling noise coming from the unit. I mentioned the rattling noise to Ron (when he contacted me to see how the install went) and I told him that it wasn't a big deal and could wait to get looked at when my spring servicing occurred (when the weather got a little warmer). Ron insisted that (if it was ok with me) he wanted to address the issue asap to ensure 100% satisfaction with the install job. Just before Ron was scheduled to come diagnose the rattling sound from the unit, the sound completely stopped on its own. I reached out to Ron to let him know there was no longer an issue and that there was no longer a need for him to come out; he then let me know that if the same issue or any other issues popped up to be sure to reach out to them. It seems that the noise I was experiencing wasn't related to the blower motor at all and must have had something to do with me not running the unit whatsoever for over a week prior to the install. The moral of the story is that at Mission Comfort, they do their absolute best at ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with all the work that they do, and it's very much appreciated. It's good to know that I'm in good hands with a company that sincerely cares deeply about their customers and the quality of the work that they do for them. It has now been about 2 weeks since the blower motor install, and it has been working flawlessly! Count me in as 100% satisfied with the install and the experiences I've had working with Mission Comfort!"
