We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. "The work was exceptional. There was a language barrier, the installers spoke little English, however we stumbled along just fine. I did have 2 requests for corrections, one was a piece of wood that had chipped during install and the other correction involved the placement of wood at entrance to a room. The manager came to inspect my 2 complaints, then scheduled the installer to come out and correct the two problems by replacing the wood. The corrections were also exceptional, although it took almost a month to get them back out. The price was supposedly discounted because of a sale on hardwood, so I believe the price was reasonable. I will use United again for my flooring needs."
