Thankfully, the problem with my heat pump was only a blown fuse. Allen was great and explained the problem. I was so grateful that it was only minor. Many thanks to Allen!

On Thanksgiving Day our furnace stopped working?. I signed in on Home Advisor and Mr. Allen Rucker’s company was the first name on the list. I called expecting to hear from him in the morning but, to my surprise, he called me back within 10 minutes of my placing a request on “Home Adviser” & on Thanksgiving evening. He asked me to explain (as best I could) what was going on with the furnace. He patiently listened and said that he would be able to come and see what the problem was in the morning. True to his word he came, evaluated the situation and informed my husband and I as to what he felt that the problem was. He right on target ??❗️ He replaced the part and was done in less than 15 minutes thanks to A.E. Rucker Heating and Air , our home is SAFE & Warm again! I'd already had the problem diagnosed before calling Allen. I told him what the problem was and he agreed to come by within an hour. He confirmed the diagnosis and gave me a price very similar to what I'd been quoted by another repairman. It was late & the yard was dark but Allen stuck with it until the job was done... 9:30 pm. My tenant & I were both grateful.

I have had the occasion to use various services for home repair in the last 15 years, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received from A.E. Rucker Heating and Air Conditioning. Allen, came out to the property, and troubleshoot our furnace. He was very thorough and informative. He was very efficient, on time. A.E. Rucker Heating and Air Conditioning are prompt, polite, and do not mind answering questions in terms a layperson can understand. They even showed me the parts that were causing the issue and provided cost saving options and service. Will be using their service again!!! Thanks for your service.

He did the work requested, and was good about answering my questions about the furnace, and how to maintain it. He even instructed me on how to replace a part that was acting wonky. He said he could do it if I'd like, but it was an easy enough repair that I should be able to handle easily. His instruction was spot on, and the part was replace quickly. If I need help in the future, I will defintely give his office a call.
