I have been a customer since 2023 and highly recommend Senate.

The office person was friendly and booked the appointment immediately, as an invasion of large red and black ants was about to overwhelm my home.

I needed new termite monitors behind our house due to a recent construction project. He arrived on time, discussed the situation with me, relocated and replaced monitors where needed, then checked all monitors around the circumference of the house for their integrity and replaced the cores of all of our termite monitors. He went well beyond the amount of effort I was expecting for the job, even though he did so in inclement weather. He completed his task by discussing the work he did and the status of all of the termite monitors, not just the ones he replaced. I was very pleased with the experience.

Chris Owens was very professional, personable and conscientious. He listen to and addressed all of our concerns. You could not ask for a better service tech.

We contacted Senate to install insulation in our attic. The service person contacted me almost immediately, arrived for service early, took several pictures, explain the process and provided the documents necessary to move forward. The service person re-sent the documents to clarify the service we needed, and completed the work without delay. I would recommend Senate for this service and for other pest control needs.

They were polite and very thorough. I noted their safety rules, for themselves and our home. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

The Service Technician is always wonderful and this time was the same. There was a question with Customer Service regarding whether rodents are included in my contract. I thought they were but the representatives said they weren't. This was particularly aggravating, however, the Manager of Senate quickly stepped in and remedied the situation to my extreme satisfaction. I do recommend Senate.

Senate's technician, Sam, did the job as a true professional. He applied the treatment to a termite-infested tree stump near my house. He answered my questions and explained things well, and took care not to disturb nearby plants. I appreciate all that.

Senate Pest Control has been servicing my Townhouse for at least 5 years. Originally for bed bugs from a visitor who acquired them from a plane. And then carpet beetles from sod on the golf course where my home is located. All the service technicians have been very good; a few have been outstanding! There were 2 technicians I requested not to return. But I'm pleased I'm in a maintenance mode regarding the annoyance of bugs. Senate PC's service has made my life much more comfortable!

We recently had a serious pest problem at our home — an ant infestation inside and a wasp nest outside that made it almost impossible to enjoy our yard. Thankfully, we called Senate Pest Control, and David Royer came to the rescue! David was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He quickly identified the issues and explained the best course of action. Not only did he take care of the wasp nest safely and efficiently, but he also treated the ant problem and gave us helpful tips to prevent it from coming back. On top of that, he made sure our property was protected from mosquitoes too! We couldn’t be happier with the results. Our home is finally pest-free, and we feel so much more comfortable inside and out.
