They were very professional and friendly, told us what they needed to do, gave us a time frame and work was done in that time, they came when they said they would be here, done an awesome job eradicating the fleas. Some chemical was accidently spilled in my recliner and Sean came back to clean it for us. I highly recommend them. They did an awesome job.

We had tons of ants and rats due to a dirty neighbor in the townhouse next to mine. Our neighborhood also had copperhead snakes on the street over. I submitted an initial inquiry on their website for a quote. I got a call that same evening. I was impressed at the speed at which they responded. Also, I thought impressive was their persistence in trying to get a hold of me. I wasn't available the first few times, but they kept trying. I had the initial service today, and the technician was super friendly. He have great customer service.

My experience with Senate has been great so far. They are so responsive! I met for an initial meeting last week, signed up for services and a technician came today to put traps in place. He reviewed everything with me; his patience, attention, and knowledge was so appreciated! A follow up visit will occur in 2 weeks, but he assured me if I needed anything at all before that to call the office and they would send help. Although I’m “creeped” out about my infestation, his assurances of help eased my mind!

Senate was very professional and friendly sent over someone to look at the job quote the job and within two days someone came and completed the job by removing all of the bees. They said they would be back in one week to just check to make sure there’s no fee is left. Good follow up as well and very nice people to work with.
