The techs did the job as requested. ...what they did NOT do is install the the system with "sweated hardware"...ie, no soldering involved. "John was very kind, professional and did an excellent job with the install of a new blower motor inside of my interior unit. Oddly, shortly after the blower motor install, I noticed a small rattling noise coming from the unit. I mentioned the rattling noise to Ron (when he contacted me to see how the install went) and I told him that it wasn't a big deal and could wait to get looked at when my spring servicing occurred (when the weather got a little warmer). Ron insisted that (if it was ok with me) he wanted to address the issue asap to ensure 100% satisfaction with the install job. Just before Ron was scheduled to come diagnose the rattling sound from the unit, the sound completely stopped on its own. I reached out to Ron to let him know there was no longer an issue and that there was no longer a need for him to come out; he then let me know that if the same issue or any other issues popped up to be sure to reach out to them. It seems that the noise I was experiencing wasn't related to the blower motor at all and must have had something to do with me not running the unit whatsoever for over a week prior to the install. The moral of the story is that at Mission Comfort, they do their absolute best at ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with all the work that they do, and it's very much appreciated. It's good to know that I'm in good hands with a company that sincerely cares deeply about their customers and the quality of the work that they do for them. It has now been about 2 weeks since the blower motor install, and it has been working flawlessly! Count me in as 100% satisfied with the install and the experiences I've had working with Mission Comfort!"
