He explained it in a way I could easily understand. He told me exactly how we would proceed. Workers showed up at my house when Robert said they would without fail. He contacted me when they were on their way and followed up when they were done to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Third Generation is the kind of contractor you hope you're hiring when you need work done in your home. Robert is great to work with.
