Immediately followed up on my inquiry (Paul) . Sent a very professional and knowledgeable tech (Andrew) to repair our Mitsubishi systems. Repairs had been attempted by another firm, and I believe we went backwards. Andrew took his time, diagnosed the issues, which were multiple, and our systems are working like new. The cost of the service was below the cost we had anticipated. I highly recommend Hoffman, and will continue to use their services and recommend to family and friends.
