"I was having trouble with one of the zones in my house with our alarm we purchased with ADT Premier Provider. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. Our new home has an unfinished basement and while we plan on finishing it we know it might take some time to fit in the budget, in the meantime we decided one outlet was not enough and decided to get some more installed. Based on his previous work, we didn't hesitate to call RaLo and schedule the work.
Mike showed up right on time and after expaining what we wanted done in our unfinished basement, we discussed and he explained that most of the work we requested should wait until we finish the basement otherwise it would just be a waste of money because it would need to be redone once all the walls went up. We agreed on a temporary fix that we were very pleased with and he went right to work.
Mike is very personable and professional which my husband and I really appreciate. We also like to support local businesses and are very glad to have found a great electrician we can rely on to get the job done. We are extremely pleased with RaLo's customer service, quality of work and price.
