I am very happy with my whole home humidifier installation. My technician, Patrick was incredible! He was very flexible and accommodating in scheduling the installation, arrived right on time, kept me informed on the progress and aftercare and was professional and efficient in his work. He expertly fit the humidifier in my small utility closet (see picture) and cleaned up work I've had from other techs. Even though I was out of his way location wise, he made the trip out to me and I'm glad I was referred to him. A+ 5 Star I will reach out to him first as my preferred HVAC guy. Thanks Patrick!

Mr. Patrick was very professional, respectful, polite and with a high level of technical knowledge. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Looked at every possible thing that could be causing our heating furnace malfunction. Knew exactly how to fix the problem. Kept me informed of what he was checking and what he found. The technician and supervisor were very friendly , caring and professional., The technician duly explained the nature of this problem affecting the heat pump. They gave a month warranty and the supervisor called me a week later to ask how the heat pump was doing after the repairs. This is a very reliable and good Company. I had value for the money that I paid.

Mr. Viera was on time, I got a 30-45 min call ahead before his arrival, and he was promptly, he is very friendly, professional when he arrived, told me that not to worry, that the issues I was having with my AC that he was gonna take care of it, and he was also was gonna go beyond to make sure that my whole system, was not gonna fail as long as he thoroughly checked it, and let me know if there was anything else that needed to be taken care of it while he was here. So I definitely would hire this company again, and recommend it to anyone in the DMV area.
