"Great. Mr. Chapman of Abstract LLC went above my expectations. He restored my old (2016) camera, DVR, and monitor security system. He purchased a new box (DVR), corrected a faulty camera hook up, and restored the pictures to the monitor. He installed an app on my cell phone so I can monitor activity around the house from anywhere I am. He also installed a Kami inside motion detector that I had been procrastinating about since 2023 and placed it on my cell phone. "I would not hesitate to recommend MSI to anyone needing to have security cameras or alarms installed in their home. They always arrived at the time that was specified which was 0830. On their first attempt to install the cameras it was raining profusely but they tried to install them anyway. However, at one point it became to dangerous and they had to stop and reschedule the installment. Nigel Frazier and his team are very professional and knowledgeable about the security system that they install. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and reliability."
