"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. Great responsiveness and customer service. I feel confident in my decision to choose this company, and would recommend them to others."

They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldnâ t even work. I can truly forget about it now even in the worst of storms. In fact, that happened the following weekend after they left! A big storm came through and we even lost power for a couple of hours. "Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"

"We had them install an indoor sump pump (including digging the pit and pipes) and some basement walkout drain installation. They did high-quality work and finished quickly. Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!"

They cleaned all of the work area and dried all of the water on the floor. My home was well protected from all work generated dirt and refuse. I am very impressed and I give them my highest recommendation. I would definitely hire this company again. The sales rep was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done leaving no questions unanswered."

"Phil and his team did a great job and had great suggestions to how to accomplish what I was looking to do. They took all my downspouts below ground, combined them together including my sump pump and installed pop up emitters. Overall, it is a much better solution than the previous plastic flex pipes that discharged directly on my lawn. Also regraded a few poor drainage areas of the yard. I thought the pricing was reasonable and would hire them again."

"So far we've had two rain storms and no water. The guys who dug out the french drain were friendly and professional. Joel, the sales rep. was easy to talk to and pleasant to deal with. Although I think they may have been a bit, maybe 10 percent more in cost than several other companies we looked at, we felt they were worth it. 2 days to finish the job and no water in the basement to date. Money well spent!
