Once the clog was cleared, they also ran the drain camera throughout the lines under the house to check the integrity of the pipes. They were professional, personable, and efficient. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. We'd definitely hire them again."

"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. "After interviewing a variety of companies to help us out with our water issue in our crawl space, we decided to schedule the work with Pete Westera's Basement System's USA in North East MD and we are so happy with our decision. From the first phone conversation with Tina Reaves (production manager) who scheduled our free estimate, to the estimate appointment with Tim Schlegel (inspector), to the day the work was completed by Jordan (lead technician) and Nate (assistant technician) the experience was a pleasant one. Tina was informative and easy to talk to. Tim was very down to earth, you felt like you could have him over for coffee. He explained everything in great detail and I didn't feel like I was talking to an obnoxious sales guy. He cared about our issues and fixing them the right way and the cost effective way. It was refreshing to have him break down all the parts/equipment to decided what was worth spending the money on and what we could stand to forego while still solving our problem. He created a blueprint on his laptop in our kitchen and explained every detail. He allowed us a few days to make our decision just as we told him that we need and he wasn't pushy with the follow up, but still kept in touch. His personality, attitude and sales tactics were a huge selling factor in the reason that we selected this company. We also loved the idea that the company and the owner were local to our area and that the own was a preacher. They also have an excellent warranty that covers the life of the structure making it comforting to know that the warranty can transfer through multiple owners without any "fine print" snags. They originally had the next available install date about 30 days from the day we received the estimate. Due to our busy life schedule, a honeymoon, and the upcoming cold weather we were in a time crunch and requested to have it done in 2 weeks. Tim and Tina made some calls and made it happen, again helping us out big time. The week before the install we were out of the country on our Honeymoon and I communicated with Tina asking that she reach out to my Mom in the event of any last minute changes, she made a note on the account and everything went smoothly. The install crew arrived on time and the lead Jordan was excellent at communicating with me from the time that they arrived to the house, to excellent detailed description of what they we actually doing as they performed the work, to the time they took a brief lunch break and the follow up the following day when he had to return to finish the drain outside. They were both very courteous, they worked very hard all day, they were easy to talk to and maintained a very clean work environment both inside and outside of my home as they completed this project. The company also offers a financing option of up to 6 months with 0% interest which was very appealing to help us pay off this project in a timely manner without racking up another high interest home project credit card. From start to finish we couldn't be happier. Now 5 days post install I am happy to report that our system is operating properly and it was well worth the money (a very competitive price I might add) to have the piece of mind to know that we received quality workmanship and to no longer have the fear of further expensive water damage or cringing every time that it rains. "I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"I had a great experience with Best Buy waterproofing. I contacted them for inspection due to water rising underneath my tile in the basement. They responded very quickly and had someone out for the inspection a day later. Ed completed my inspection and was very informative and communicative throughout the whole process. He didnâ t try to scare me into getting any services and was very patient with me. Any questions I had he was on it and available. When I made my final decision it was quick and a painless process. The crew cleaned up well and walked me through the work they had done. They installed a new drain and sump pump. Might I add they made my installation very esthetic by placing the line in the wall to hide the pipes when the dry wall is replaced. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!"

"We would Highly Recommend A & C Plumbing.They did an extraordinary job and really went the extra mile for us. We had to replace our main service line. And they were able to come the day after the estimate to do the work, and get the proper permits, which was great since we didn't have any water. They spent the entire day getting a monster of a job done, in the scorching heat. There was a hand dug trench 3ft deep 6 ft across for the main service line, replaced the ancient galvanized main service line, and a whole new up to code system installed inside. So, they go to tie the house into the city line and there's a leak on the city side too. They called it in to DPW and finish their part, and we had water (we hadn't for over 2 days at that point). A & C gave us the DPW work order number and we all think it's going to get taken care of, right.....ð ¤ For the next 2 weeks DPW says they are investigating and to be patient. Then they tell us it's our fault and the leak is on our side, which we knew wasn't correct, and  contacted A & C. We called DPW, A& C called DPW, we emailed, and A &C emailed. We finally got an inspector to really investigate, then DPW came to fix it, twice, after first visit we had no water. Anthony came to the second DPW service call to talk to the crew, supervisor and inspector, to make sure everything was ok and to see if they had any questions for him, then he went to his other job site. When DPW tied the house back to the water main they had clogged the line (working in an open muddy pit) and told me to call the plumber. I called Anthony (A &C), informed him of everything going on. When he finished the job he was working he came back to the house, he cleared out the traps he just installed we Finally had Water! A & C Plumbing are a small local business that really stuck with us and helped us with a difficult time with the water company. Anthony came back when we really needed him to Personally talk with the DPW work crew, supervisors, and inspectors. Competitive rates, Quality work and a Warranty!"

"We had them install an indoor sump pump (including digging the pit and pipes) and some basement walkout drain installation. They did high-quality work and finished quickly. Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!"
