"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. "I made the mistake of providing my telephone number and after I hit "enter" I received two phone calls from two different providers. This was a little too aggressive for my taste. Dun Rite called first, so I let them come out and give me an estimate. They were willing to do the work that night, but it was too late in the evening for me considering neighbors. They came the next day. Sterling knew what he was doing, but he was strictly a "drain" guy... not a plumber. He also had a trainee with him. While Sterling was very patient with the trainee, I felt that the trainee slowed him down. Ideally, I would have liked to have had someone who was a licensed plumber... not just knowledgeable in clearing drains. However, Sterling was good at what he did and was able to clear my clogged drain. He had to come back the next day, as they lost my check. Additionally, they had to return a third time, as we were left with no hot water. Sterling was professional, polite, and friendly. I would probably call again. Although, if you're not sure what the problem is... it might be better to contact a plumber."
