No problems for almost a decade. After a recent weekend downpour we had water along one of the basement western storm-facing walls. We called and opened a service ticket with Gary. They called back in a little over a day and scheduled a repair at our convenience. Joe, a long time employee, very courteous, professional, and respectful, arrived on the job. He had reviewed our prior project and knew the property well. And it was a window well drain that had clogged. Luckily, it was easily unclogged and the problem was completely solved. It was done in 3 days, to the exact specs he kindly sketched out in response to my questions. When a glitch arose with the backup pump, his employee returned to do a quick fix the same day. "Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"
