"A superior company. They follow through on their commitments. They have long time employees with great experience. BWN waterproofed our leaky basement about 10 years ago. No problems for almost a decade. After a recent weekend downpour we had water along one of the basement western storm-facing walls. We called and opened a service ticket with Gary. They called back in a little over a day and scheduled a repair at our convenience. Joe, a long time employee, very courteous, professional, and respectful, arrived on the job. He had reviewed our prior project and knew the property well. And it was a window well drain that had clogged. Luckily, it was easily unclogged and the problem was completely solved. We have always been pleased with the work and response of this locally owned business."

"I had a great experience working with Basement Systems USA. These guys were very professional, hardworking, and clean. They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldnâ t even work. I can truly forget about it now even in the worst of storms. In fact, that happened the following weekend after they left! A big storm came through and we even lost power for a couple of hours. "We would Highly Recommend A & C Plumbing.They did an extraordinary job and really went the extra mile for us. We had to replace our main service line. And they were able to come the day after the estimate to do the work, and get the proper permits, which was great since we didn't have any water. They spent the entire day getting a monster of a job done, in the scorching heat. There was a hand dug trench 3ft deep 6 ft across for the main service line, replaced the ancient galvanized main service line, and a whole new up to code system installed inside. So, they go to tie the house into the city line and there's a leak on the city side too. They called it in to DPW and finish their part, and we had water (we hadn't for over 2 days at that point). A & C gave us the DPW work order number and we all think it's going to get taken care of, right.....ð ¤ For the next 2 weeks DPW says they are investigating and to be patient. Then they tell us it's our fault and the leak is on our side, which we knew wasn't correct, and  contacted A & C. We called DPW, A& C called DPW, we emailed, and A &C emailed. We finally got an inspector to really investigate, then DPW came to fix it, twice, after first visit we had no water. Anthony came to the second DPW service call to talk to the crew, supervisor and inspector, to make sure everything was ok and to see if they had any questions for him, then he went to his other job site. When DPW tied the house back to the water main they had clogged the line (working in an open muddy pit) and told me to call the plumber. I called Anthony (A &C), informed him of everything going on. When he finished the job he was working he came back to the house, he cleared out the traps he just installed we Finally had Water! A & C Plumbing are a small local business that really stuck with us and helped us with a difficult time with the water company. Anthony came back when we really needed him to Personally talk with the DPW work crew, supervisors, and inspectors. Competitive rates, Quality work and a Warranty!"

"We had them install an indoor sump pump (including digging the pit and pipes) and some basement walkout drain installation. They did high-quality work and finished quickly. Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!"

"He came out on Labor Day and worked harder than I could imagine and SOLVED a drain problem that I had been struggling with for years. My basement drain used to backup every few months and never drained fast no matter how many plumbers I hired (4!), but since he fixed it Labor Day 2025, the drain drains quickly with zero backups!"

"I had underground water coming into my basement from an unknown source. The men dug a trench along the back wall and put in a French drain that went to a sump pump that they installed. They cleaned all of the work area and dried all of the water on the floor. My home was well protected from all work generated dirt and refuse. I am very impressed and I give them my highest recommendation. I would definitely hire this company again. The sales rep was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done leaving no questions unanswered."

"So far we've had two rain storms and no water. The guys who dug out the french drain were friendly and professional. Joel, the sales rep. was easy to talk to and pleasant to deal with. Although I think they may have been a bit, maybe 10 percent more in cost than several other companies we looked at, we felt they were worth it. 2 days to finish the job and no water in the basement to date. Money well spent!

"Kyle, the owner, was responsive to my inquiry and came out to do the estimate. I explained what we hoped to do and what our minimum we needed to have done and that we would decide based on the cost. Kyle created an estimate that was broken down into parts so that we could pick and choose what we wanted done. Work was started within a couple of weeks and completed in 2 days. I was happy with his staff and the work performed. The problem we had was afterward. After several days of rain, a section of the yard settled, including the rock wall. It was evident that the yard was not tamped well enough. I emailed Kyle and he agreed to come back out and fix the wall/yard where it settled. We decided to wait until the spring (original work was done in fall of 2017) in case there was more settling. In April I reached out to Kyle and he agreed to come out and take a look. I also informed him that the yard had settled more and it had created a low point where water was draining under the sidewalk and eroding the ground in that area. I have heard nothing from Kyle since then. I have since emailed him again and called him with no response. I was happy with the work overall, but not happy with the lack of follow through and communication. I have been waiting to write this review until the work has been completed, but now I'm unsure it that'll every happen."
