"The quality of the work was excellent! I was very pleased with how careful they were with my furniture, drop clothes, clean-up, and putting everything back afterwards. They arrived pretty much on time and were done in the time estimated. The paint job was very professional and looks great.
There were a few little glitches, but nothing that would stop me from using them again. First, I had to follow up a few times to establish the date. I also had the trim and ceiling repainted, too, and we had a misunderstanding about the estimate for that work. But I felt the person I dealt with was very fair in resolving it. "Mr. Mendez was very professional. He gave me a detailed quote, always came to meet me when he said he would, he and his team were great, the job was finished quickly, and the house looks fantastic. We have already asked him to give us a quote for interior painting, I would highly recommend him. We live in Arlington, our front porch and back deck railing was rotting, a good deal of trim was also rotting in various places around the house (windows, doors, pillars all had pieces that needed replacing), paint was peeling, and there was some brick work that needed some repairs. He and his guys power washed the house, cleaned the gutters, scraped, painted, replaced trim, completely rebuilt deck railings, rewrapped pillars/posts, and painted the brick, rails, and trim. Very well done and reasonably priced."

They did some interior painting; power-washed a brick walkway; power-washed and painted a wood deck; replaced some rotten retaining timbers under a deck (a truly difficult job); and made various other small repairs around the house. They came within the promised window, and the work was careful, detailed and flawless. One of the projects had to be revised mid-course, and the adjustment to the bill was fair and reasonable.
