I had multiple maintenance items to be done on my house. Contractor worked with me through the options helping to choose what needed to be done and the best way to do it. All work was done exceptionally except for painting of some exterior siding. When that was pointed out, they came right out and redid the painting.

D&M did an excellent job. We have used them for almost 20 years. They replaced our roof at that time and it has lasted well. They clear our gutters yearly and do a fine job. The advantage of using a full service firm is that they can look the roof over when they clean the gutters and let us know if there are any problems. Twice in this 20 year period they have indicated an issue. Once was a minor repair following heavy winds and they caught it before there was any internal damage. This year they observed the flat part of our roof and indicated the coating had worn thing and needed re-coating. their preventive eye has kept anything major from occurring. Meanwhile their roofing job of 20 years ago has lasted well. When it is time for further work or a re-roofing job I would certainly turn to D&M for the work,

D & M provides professional service! There was ongoing communication and responsiveness from Troy throughout the process. From start to finish, all questions were addressed in a timely manner. Troy was patient and friendly. Price was reasonable, and a detailed quote provided security. The carpenters proved to be artists and scientists. The windows turned out beautiful! Four families within my immediate family circle have used their services. All of us have been pleased.

Excellent in cost, quality, speed, schedule. One example is the chimney repair went to different state to obtain matching brick. the result is you cannot see where the old chimney ends and new one begins

We can say enough wonderful things about our experience from D&M Roofing Enterprises. We needed new windows installed on an 18 year-old addition. A job we thought was going to be small turned into something much larger because of the way our original contractor (not D&M) had done the work. We met with Troy for our estimate. He was kind and knowledgeable. He explained the details about why our job was more involved than we thought, taking the time to let us absorb and digest all the information. He was patient with our questions and shock over the very necessary extra steps that added to what we had originally estimated we'd pay for just windows. Because of the original work, we ended up needing to remove and replace the siding in addition to the windows. Troy also found that our addition was missing Tyvek and there ended up being some rotten wood as a result. The work was done by Francisco and his assistant, with Troy coming by to oversee the progress. The men did a fantastic job. One of the things I appreciated most was that at the end of each day, they cleaned up the worksite. The windows and siding look fantastic. Between the Tyvek and new windows, we notice a big difference in the temperature in our addition. We also had exterior light fixtures changed out, and we love the way they look too. Thank you so much to Troy and Francisco for such a wonderful job.

We received three quotes for a 280 sq-ft patio. D&M's price was not the lowest but they were the most thorough during the survey and provided the most detailed proposal. From the moment they began, it was clear we made the right choice. They far exceeded our expectations. They did extra work without hesitation or complaint. They were organized, coordinated and communicated extremely well. I can not say enough about the beauty of the finished work. We were so impressed, we launched them to do the front walkway and entrance, a far larger task of over 700 sq-ft. Again, they delivered perfection, and fixed some issues that were beyond the awarded scope. They actually, gave us a discount at the end!...unexpected and much appreciated. Finally, we found a Contractor that under-promises and over-delivers. We will use them exclusively from now on.

Glad the procedures were explained to me. Restoration of certain areas of roof were taken care of to give it more years of wear. D & M installed original roofing many years ago. So nice to have them close by.
