"I contacted Lisa's Elite Sadan after reading the reviews on Angie's list. I contacted them via email and they quickly responded. I explained that I needed a car for 6-8 people and they gave me a number of options. I requested a limo and they quickly processed my request and sent a confirmation the next day. They called the day before the wedding confirming all the information for the trip, and then texted me the morning of the event with the driver's name. Richard arrived at the pre-arranged meeting spot early and patiently waited as the rest of our group arrived. He was very polite and helped set up the music system with one of our smart phones for the ride. The trip to the wedding was uneventful, and even with heavy traffic the ride was enjoyable. At the church there was nowhere close for Richard to park during the ceremony so we agreed that I would text him at the end of the ceremony. As we left the church I got ready to text Richard, but he came pulling right up as he had stayed close and pulled up when everyone started to leave the church. We loaded back up and headed to the reception. Our entire party had a great time and enjoyed the service very much. The Limo was clean and comfortable and Richard had loaded one of the coolers with small bottles of water which was appreciated on a hot day. Lisa's Elite Sedans made a day I was dreading for all the driving I was facing to a day we will remember for quite awhile.

"I was so lucky to find a real professional during the beginning of a heat wave. Last Friday, at 4AM noticed the house was hot and the thermostat reading 78 degrees. Call several vendors and the earliest appointment was on July 24. Went to Angie's List and found Grove and Son. Travis answered the phone right away and set the appointment the same day. The AC got fixed and working great. Those guys are awesome!"

"Jerry's Plumbing & Heating (Jerry's) was the assigned plumbing contractor in a home warranty plan that I've had for years.  I've used Jerry's in the past for small repairs but nothing of this magnitude or complexity.
Over the weekend of December 13-14, I suspected that my well pump had failed (no water) and made the necessary phone contacts.  Jerry's representatives were at the house Monday, December 15, in the mid-afternoon.  After they confirmed that the pump had indeed failed, they explained what they needed to do and we subsequently agreed to contract terms.  Jerry's people then returned to their shop to get the necessary repair parts. Once they had the parts, the on-site job supervisor, Doug LNU, said we'd have water before they left that evening.  Jerry's people got started late Monday afternoon and worked until nearly 12:00 midnight the same day.  As Doug had earlier represented, "we had water before they left."
When I was younger, I worked in a construction trade.  In the intervening years, my wife and I have owned a no. of homes.  Without reservation, I can say that I've seen few companies or their people work as hard or diligently the way these guys did either making repairs e.g., replacing a roof or installing an HVAC system.  Based on the experience that I had with Jerry's, I would recommend them w/o reservation.

"I was a walk in early that morning with the intention to leave my car since I did not have an appointment.  Greeted upon entry by Mark.  I told him I needed my spark plugs changed and brakes redone.  I also said I wanted a state inspection and oil change.  He said he would have the mechanic work on my vehicle.  I received phone calls with updates as to what they found and when my service was completed.  I will definitely use them again.  I did not need spark plugs or brakes.  I trust them and appreciate that they did not charge me for services that I did not need just to make money.  I will go back to them for my next oil change and have my spark plugs changed at that time.  Extremely professional company.

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
