In reviewing other proposals I found excessive charges. 3M called me and when I told him about my problem he asked if he could come and look at it. He arrived as scheduled, was professional, courteous, and thorough. After checking out the furnace he gave me an estimate that was half of my other bids. He obtained the parts, and in working on rhe system found another problem with a transformer. He obtained the part and after completing the repair said that the new parts had cost more than his estimate, but since he had missed the problem initially, he would not charge me for the extra labor. I immediately realized I was dealing with an honest person ... a rarity these days. 3M is now my permanent source for all my HVAC needs. There is no better source available than 3M."
