They were prompt, courteous and professional. However, the price they quoted was too high and I went with another provider.

as convenient for me.  I have a maintenance contract with Valpo and the service was free, as part of the contract.  Also part of the contract is a discount on other  services, like when my heat went out last winter.  They came on short notice and fixed my heat when it was really cold outside.  The receptionist is very organized.  She was the one who called me to remind me that my service was due and then she scheduled it at my convenience.

The tech was very knowledgeable and extremely professional with a pleasant manner.  I was very pleased with the service that was provided.

The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day.

Service was great.  Repairmen were on time, communicated very well and gave me opinions of what to expect of my HVAC units in the future.  Could not have gone better.

The tech was very knowledgeable of his profession...examine the equipment throughly an identified the problems ... Afterward he explained the problem an provided me the cost of repair as well as some alternatives . Because of his professiionalism an knowledge I referred him to a family member .

They were great. They were supposed to send some additional information, but never heard back from them.

Upon responding to a call late in the evening (already a plus), provider arrived around the time he had offered,  Starting to look at controls technician new right away the brand and then proceed to check and test the pump.  Afer a couple of trials found that the capacitor was not working.  Luckily he had one in stock (another plus for the service) and replaced it.  While not an expert myself, not sure the cost of parts but the charge inheritly has an opportunity cost that is crucial to make repais.  Well done!

Valpo Services provided a great service from start to finish. Our house was built in 1925 and did not have air duct only window air conditioning units.
After we made the necessary research and requested several quotes, we decided
to use Valpo Services for the installation of a Central Air Unit. Walter came
to our home and provided us with several different options for a Central Air
Unit that would fit our home and needs. For the first time we did not feel pressured
to buy a specific Unit. At the end of the day Walter provided us with a really
competitive quote and showed us a timeline for the installation. Our questions
were always answered on a timely manner. Walter, Hector, Alex and the rest of
the team were always on time, worked hard to make sure the unit was installed on
time and always made sure we were satisfied with the work.  We are very pleased with the quality of work,
service and professionalism the company provided us with. We will highly
recommend Valpo Services to colleagues and friends and we will certainly continue
to use their services.

for the last couple of month my water heater was broke I call Valpo Services and they get  me the best prices  in the area and my water hater was replace next day.
After that my Heater and my AC were also broken and I call Valpo  Services again they have replace the complete unit with a  faster services, excelled price and professionalism.
