"I was so lucky to find a real professional during the beginning of a heat wave. Last Friday, at 4AM noticed the house was hot and the thermostat reading 78 degrees. Call several vendors and the earliest appointment was on July 24. Went to Angie's List and found Grove and Son. Travis answered the phone right away and set the appointment the same day. "Our sump pump stopped working unexpectedly on Saturday, February 10 so I called Jerry's knowing they have 24 hour emergency service and our first experience with Jerry's was very positive. Due to the fact that it was raining all day and would be into the weekend, there was no time to contact my home warranty company. When I called (late Saturday afternoon), Jerry answered the phone and had his on-call technician get in touch with me immediately. Steve, the on-call technician, arrived within the hour. He assessed the situation and confirmed that our sump pump had to be replaced. Steve was polite, thorough and professional. He cleaned the interior of our sump pump and installed a new product that was clearly much higher quality than the previous one. The job was done quickly and professionally in just a couple of hours. Few things are as stressful to homeowners as plumbing and water-related issues. However, it is a relief to know that there are competent, responsive professionals out there like Kelly that you can turn to when the need arises."
