Best deck cleaning pros near Potomac, MD

"Luis and his crew did an excellent job! I am so pleased with results. The vinyl siding of my multi-story home was in great need of cleaning. The exterior is now spotless. They also power-washed my raised deck and applied two coats of an oil stain. They were thorough and careful when applying the stain over the course of two full days. The deck now looks brand new and the color is perfect. They were professional, on time, and great to work with. I will be hiring them again to do other projects."

"Kurt was easy to reach via email or telephone. Apprised us of his approach to stripping our deck of its horrible paint coating and was upfront of the general cost during his first visit. He did need to be reminded to provide a specific contract upfront. Otherwise, deck restoration work progressed quickly once weather conditions permitted start and Kurt finished the large project within a few days."

"Large deck work: company replaced rotten boards; cleaned entire deck surface and railings; restained surface. Did a great job. One of my sons said it looked like a new deck. Reasonable price for the job."

"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. We have attempted to do this work ourselves in the past, and paid to have it done by a different company once before, but never achieved the results Deck Buddy did. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. This time, with Deck Buddy, you can see the wood is thoroughly sealed. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. (Not protecting my plants was a problem with a different powerwashing company we hired once - my hostas were shredded - you have to watch out for this). Deck Buddy was extremely careful with everything and left no mess or debris behind, the porch and deck look great, the garden is unscathed. It was a job well done. Thank you!!!!"

"In preparation for the "spring cleaning", project getting our house painted on the interior was our number one priority. After submitting our request for a professional painting company through Angie's List, several companies were recommended. After review of the list, several were invited to meet with us to discuss the scope of work and submit proposals. The one company that stood out based on factors such as the initial presentation, the degree of professionalism displayed, along with numerous positive reviews that were linked to this company. It was a immediate decision to elect C & Painting LLC for our project. Each day of the project the team arrived on time, immediately began to work and when they finished their clean up efforts were remarkable. The finished product was extremely satisfying and Mr. Cortez even made himself available for some additional add on projects that we needed as well. The project has been completed and surely we will recommend C & Painting, LLC to all of our friends and neighbors."

"It went ok. Workers were professional and pleasant when performing work. Not always on time as scheduled. Deck maintenance was high quality. Other exterior work appears to be good. Exterior pressuring washing was well done. Expensive."

"Vtile did an amazing job replacing the brackets on my deck that were rusty and old. It was a small project but important to me that my deck remained safe for me and my guests. The price was reasonable, they showed up on time, did an excellent job and left the work area spotless! Iâ m a very happy customer!"

"It was a little hard to communicate with the gentlemen but they did an amazing job. I love my deck and they cleaned up very well. Would definitely recommend."

"The handyman, Thomas Matamoros, was wonderful. In fact, he is more than a handyman; he is a craftsman! The completed work was within the estimate given by the owner, Jesse Wertjes. We were particularly please with how will Thomas cleaned up after himself."

"Showed up on time (actually a little early each day). Completed the work on schedule. They cleaned up. All good!"
