This is a follow-up to the review that was written previously. Dave did come out personally and tried to remedy the situation with the deck being stripped only on one-half.  He did send someone out to sand out the splinters and raised grain.  They put two coats of stain on all the railings and the bottom deck.  Even though I originally asked for a semi-transparent and they had to use a semi-solid stain, the deck did turn out looking good and seems to be holding up well through the summer/fall/winter.  They even offered to come back and apply another coat in the Fall if necessary.
